Very poor service, deception

The company refused a warranty repair for a product less than 5 months old - the vacuum cleaner, after having been held for a month and a half to yourself! Didn't even offer repairs for a fee - just called to drive! Don't buy into this business. I have bought a total of 3 items, of which the oil radiator did not work at all, the vacuum cleaner roared suspiciously loudly the second time it was sucked... and most importantly, this store will deny you warranty repairs!
