Simply stupid office. White does everything possible without paying a claim, I sent them an application with a special encrypted vaccine check (for which I had not made this vaccine for 3 years), but they withdrew the refusal on the grounds that additional a copy of the passport. I will go in and give them a copy, but they make their customers' lives harder! and unreasonably absolutely! and also with contractors White is tough, the mid-year contract with an organization can simply end soon, and I hope looking for another polyclinic where White operates. But if you pay yourself and bring them an application for compensation, then such stupid and unreasonable refusals will be sent.
