Canopy fell apart!!!

To whom it may concern! My daughter whop is 15 and works at Culvers purchased a 13 X 13 lighted canopy for our wedding anniversary. the canopy fell apart and had tears in the material because it was thin. Part replacement

WT110907 tent pole replacement (long pole) The rubber band that holds it together snapped while camping. Its the long pole that crosses. User’s recommendation: It’s hard to get in touch with someone at Ozark.

Poor product material

I have an Ozark Trail 10 x 10 straight leg canopy. It has not lasted one season at the campground The fabric has torn in 3 places I need a replacement cover Thanks., Joe27088@***.com User’s recommendation: Don’t buy.
