poor service
I want to share my negative experience. Tonight at 18:00 I ordered sushi for the family with home delivery, because their website and advertising booklets (in my home mailbox) offer such a service, the girl promised by phone that the order will be here in one hour. It takes 2 hours, there is no sushi, the children are already crying, I call again where my order is lost, there I start to apologize that the order is not ready yet, because there are many customers in the cafe (hall) and they have a preference (for which I was not warned, also on the website no information). The order can be delivered only after 1h, which will be 21. 15, when the children are already asleep. Order canceled. Please do not offer services that you cannot provide! This is misleading buyers!
