Poor service

Today I was with one of the institution's doctors - Sigrija. In 10 minutes I was torn for 35 €... but for what? About talking to another patient over the phone during this time, about making puzzling and unconfirmed guesses about the problem? Or maybe the fact that the diagnosis of skin cancer was made, without any other tests simply on the basis of conjecture? I don't understand... I don't recommend anyone to go there. Money fraud.
