Don’t buy from them or other Luxottica brands

I purchased specs for the first time (which was a nightmare as they couldn’t get me simple address right). Their “customer service” were absolutely unhelpful and frankly didn’t care. Fake eyewear don’t buy designer brands

Ordered pair of Gucci frames processing and shipping was fast and easy but when arrived I became extremely disappointed frames had a made in china stamp last I heard all Gucci is manufactured in Italy. Quality was really poor glue substance along the sides plastic not metal. Returned waiting to see if I get my money back.

Terrible service rude company no shipping date

Ordered glasses in march should of had them in a week they keep pushing my order back in months not giving me a shipping date.will not accomidate for there suppiliers mess up!!!!
