Poor service
14. The date I received was an sms that I could pick up the shipment but the door couldn't open. The inscription appeared try again and the second time the door can not be opened. I called the omnivore where they said there were technical problems and would send a master to fix it and then contact me. Within 13 days, we called several times, but each time the same thing. When I asked why it appeared on the website that the package had been sent back to the sender, they did not learn to answer, but how to find out everything. Of course, no one called me wrong. I also called this morning because it turned out that the package had been sent back to the sender, they said that it would not be done, but would put it in a new one and I would be able to go back. Of course, these were just promises, because the package had even been sent back today and the recipient had already called me.
