History: Bought your brand; had 4 flat bags. Spoke with someone in customer service and she sent coupons for giving you a second chance. Bought: 1 bag had more unpoped kernels than popped. 1 flat

Once again after I was sent coupons, gave your brand another chance. Poor idea! Bag one had more kernels failure than good. Second bag flat, not one popcorn. Fire in Microwave

Purchased Orville Redenbacher’s Movie Theater Butter Popcorn. Put it in the clean microwave. The microwave ran about 45 seconds and the popcorn caught fire. This could have been a deadly situation.
