The Arctic Air does not work. The fan blows but no water drops down to the filters. Have sent many messages and etc no reply. User’s recommendation: I would not buy from any companies on the internet that sell this product.
Arctic Air is defective product worked a few days and now buttons will not hold in order to run. Called the customer service replaced and used for about 10 times and button will not hold on order to work Called back and due to already had replacement will not replace this is defective product. Ordered 2 flipitty fish and a 3 in a different color. The bogo was only honored once! The 3rd fish I ordered was a special color, did not receive it! I received 3 of the same fish! My order took over 2 months to receive them! They are cheap! Not worth the $30 for each! Complete rip-off!...
