No help from warranty department. No call in 7 days. No email either. They keep saying i have to wait till they text me. Still waiting
I have only had my TV for a little over a month and the picture went out on it last night it is completely black but the sound still works.
They suck!!! There is no damage to the tv but they say there is physical damage . The screen doesn’t have one mark its not even a year old . It’s a 55 in and now i have to but a new one !!!
New TV less than six months old, will not power on, spoke with a friend who had the same model and had the same problem. There is now manual power button on the TV, and the model number and serial number cannot be found on the TV. Onn products sold by Walmart are garbage, Do Not Buy...
