I would highly recommend replacing the head of the El Paso Phoenix! 1. I would not evaluate her work and attitude professionally. New employees are treated more than very badly. Someone has forgotten who owns this company because they behave as if it belonged to her. To the new staff is treated like a dog. Is n't it really suspicious for the management of New York that the employees change so much after her appointment? 2. The staff is also very terrible. Old employees treated the new ones quite unfairly. Putting everything to do alone, meanwhile sleeping on their own, sitting on the phone, which is strictly forbidden.It doesn't seem to me personally normally while I serve as a newbie to clients, others are sleeping, commanding and still communicating while. 3. I would like to highlight July in particular, which works at the center. This employee works for quite a long time, but does it give the right to treat clients badly? For example, her job is to sit at the checkout, but she walks around, eats, phone and so on. TT People are waiting to be paid the money, but she yells at the customers say, I do not care gadiiet while itself smokes, sitting in the staff room phone or sleeping. I would like to really praise the office staff, who are very welcoming during the training, but something else is happening in the gaming halls. Please do not delete this complaint, as I will follow up on my complaint and there are none problems to contact the line manager (there are contacts), because any owner would like to know what is going on in his company. Also, New York offices have already invested enough in employees who start working in El Paso to leave after a few shifts!
