Fraud, unprofessionalism
1. Attitude towards customers - just disgusting! The visit lasts a few minutes, during which you do not even have the opportunity to ask questions, because Dr. Kishi speaks in terms, does not explain anything and only arrogantly throws papers in his face with various instructions on what to do, but did not even look at his daughter! Everything is really done by his assistant. 2. Extortion - means a pile of analyzes that turn out to be repeated, clarified, etc. so that after that he can come to him for a consultation again, so that he says again that it is not really clear yet, there is no diagnosis yet, some more analyzes need to be done, etc. At the same time, it is intimidating to customers that it can be something bad! At that time, the daughter was 1. 5 years old, she had to take five tests several times (many parents know that a small child has difficulty finding veins, so the process is much more painful than an adult. After taking a biopsy, she was left with a scar! of course, it was expected to be small and almost invisible, but there was no reason to take a biopsy (as it turned out later!) When we were told after the biopsy that it "did not show anything and we need to do an application test", we realized that it was just money. scam and we did not return there! The result: now the daughter is afraid of doctors, seeing a person in the White robe, she immediately begins to cry! This "pleasure" cost us about 400 AUD. When we met a good specialist, she said that her daughter did not actually have any diagnosis, she simply has sensitive skin, but around the age of 3 it will pass. That's what happened! So we got psychotrauma, scarring and - 400 AU$ for sensitive skin! In part, of course, we are to blame, so we want to protect others from this mistake - never visit dr. Kishi and his clinic!
