Unreasonable collection of money

I bought a ticket through edreams. com, Melbourne - Lisbon, one way, pay 220 dollars, shii agency does not charge, bus or no baggage, usually all agency baggage is put in 20kg... I went to the airport to hand over the baggage, I collected 14 dollars, told me that the baggage is not put in, very unkind, a young woman, well paid.
