Poor service

I ask xMobile for an explanation of my last bill, why it is AU$‎ 4 higher than the previous one. And what can be done to opt out of your services? the "wise helper" does not understand this question. It doesn't make sense to call, there only the machine names the bill, which I have already paid. Sometimes you can't do without the media.
