Non- delivery of goods and non-return of money

for 160 €. Delivery time was set until 24. 12. , but neither the product was delivered to me nor the money returned. My family (4 of my children) was left without presents both at Christmas and looking up to the new year because the telephone operator has no information about my product and my money. ? I don't recommend it to anyone!
