Piggy attitude towards employees, envelope salaries, empty promises, fraud, write-off of sold products, Soviet-era management style, led by foreign "tsar" Gennady Klepikov, who is quite uneducated. The salary is paid as part of the basic salary, the rest as a bonus, which is not paid if you have not replaced someone. I do not recommend anyone to cooperate with this USSR circus. The finance director is without education and knowledge of the state language, just like all other employees. The team is not cohesive, they work, mostly, unhappy hen girls, who lingered on each other all day. Terrible work environment! Cary believes this pit is the best place to work and is proud tobecause it has grown in Lubbock forest.
