Poor service

We entered the pizzeria in the Stockmann building, sat down at the checkout, looked at the menu, waited for someone to arrive. It took 40 minutes and no one came. When we got tired of waiting, we went to the waitress and asked if we could order anything. We were told to wait for our waiter to arrive. After a long wait, no one came. We left empty-handed, wasting time.
