Terrible Attitude
We went to Cili Pizza Spice Home with our family for lunch. We were served by waitress Linda. Arriving at our table, the waitress put the menu cards on the table without greeting and immediately left. Came to us after 5 minutes to accept the order. As much as there was an insert between the menus about the fact that there is currently a pizza campaign, where you can buy pizza 42 cm in size at favorable prices, we decided to buy one of the offered pizzas. This was not our only order. We also bought dishes from the standard menu card. When we asked to buy pizza from this special offer, the waitress said it was not possible.To my question - why, I got the answer - that such rules and if I have further questions to talk to "management". Please call it "leadership". The "management "came and explained that these pizzas can only be bought to take away, because they are very cheap, and it is not profitable for the restaurant, so these pizzas can be served only in boxes. Upon receipt of the answer, we ordered the same pizza in a different size for a different price, we also buy other food and drinks from the menu card. Needless to say, waitress Linda ignored us for about 15 minutes, and I had to pick her up at the bar counter to order food. When we received the food, we found that one of the pizzas had hair. We waited for the waitress to appear in the hall, but how much it did not happen (there was still in the hall one table with customers), I went to the bar counter with pizza in my hands, where I explained the situation to the "management". the "management "took the pizza without saying anything and disappeared into the pantry. I went back to the table. We decided to pay for the appetite and leave. Waitress Linda still ignored us. My father got up and went to the bar counter to settle down and leave. Waitress Linda began to him to make offensive words in relation to me, which was as follows: "if your daughter has problems with nerves, she is not show here. And she would have to go for treatment. "Hearing this, I came to waitresses Linda and asked him or her there is something to be said for me to which I received an answer that I should change attitude towards him. At that point, I said that we no longer wanted to stay here, and we would not pay for the pizza in which the hair was found, even though 1/6 of the pizza had been eaten. The explanation for this was that I don't know where the pizza is now and what has been done with it, because the "management "just collected it without any explanation. Waitress Linda hurried in a high tone to remind me again of my health condition and tell me that I should eat at McDonald's. After that phrase, I realized that I did not want to continue communicating with this person. During the whole conversation, waitress Linda emphasized that she is a professional in her case, as she has been working in this position for 12 years now. I work in the field of service myself and I know what it means to serve people, and I know that waitress Linda violated several criteria in this. Walking away from the restaurant, waitress Linda shouted loudly and touched me and my family. Please address this situation, as it must not remain so. My family and I feel very offended.
