Contacted customer service doesnt speak English, lady only speaks Spanish. Tried lots of different customers service numbers are not working. I have Ben with them more than 5 year. Besides customers service everything else is just fine.
Treatment of the child
I took the child to the dentist to the Lion's Tooth Clinic. The premises have been renovated and everything is very pleasant and cozy. The appointment with Dr. Inta Drike ended in a nightmare. Many have some fear of the dental process, but for most it is inevitable. My daughter was really worried, but she is a child - in my perception, understandably. Upon entering the doctor's office, the daughter became even more anxious and began to cry. Sitting in the corridor, I hear a doctor start to ride my daughter for the fact that she is crying, that no one is afraid and ashamed in any other way for ten years. I woke up to enter the office and stop the doctor's attacks, but my daughter surprised me at the door because she had left this rude (to put it mildly) doctor's attack herself. I was sitting with my daughter in the corridor and trying to persuade me - maybe peace will come, but she is not. And I understand why. It is already stressful for the child, but there is a doctor who does not help the child to accept the unpleasant procedure, but creates even more tension. Sitting in the hallway, we hear a nurse with a doctor in the office continue to "impose" my child and talk about seeing her now a day out and in general, for such a repair of torn teeth, should recover money. I would add that the dental clinic Lion's Tooth also takes money for a visit from a child. It's nothing that makes 1 AU$, but the roll states that the child does not have to pay. The nurse made another attempt to invite her to the office and continue the process of tooth repair, but in a tone and just like a doctor, offensive and ridiculous. When we refused and left, we received reprimands - see what we are coming for and disturbing her... I miss the comments. I want to say about the doctor that once a person has chosen to work with children, then you have to take into account that they are different and the level of pain and fear is different for everyone. If you have once called yourself a pediatric dentist, fill it in honor. Now, thanks to the attitude of this doctor, it will be even harder for my daughter to trust dentists.
