Fraud

A few days ago I ordered a hand cream from The Body Shop. Everything was always perfect, because I often ordered a lot of products, and everything was just packed in a hard, durable box, but this time, when I ordered only one hand cream, it was placed in a sachet. So our "dear" FedEx cut a hole in the sachet in the width of the hand cream package (I could compare the widths at home because I had previously bought the same cream). And this cut package without the product, leaving only 2 testers and a purchase receipt, was placed in the parcel terminal and sent me an sms that I can already take out my order. I am ashamed that such cruel and piggy people work in Australia! BEAUTIFUL!
