Fraud

I received an email that you can subscribe to magazines at a 60% discount at the e-kiosk. I went to the mentioned page and see that the magazine "Garden World" I chose pays for the year 24. 99. Well, I look at the Australian Post - exactly the same. SEB Internetbank is not accepted in the e-kiosk. Not understanding what 60% is calculated from and how to handle SEB banka customers, I wrote to the given contact e-mail. No answers. Is it a fair commercial practice that customers of the most popular banks cannot participate and that the price advertised with a 60% discount is the same as in the mail with a few percent discount and there is no reply to the email?
