I was an Alfa ScandinavianBank Branch, with the number of orders, according to the calculation, 20 people were ahead... I had 361. The number I looked at was not that much at all, about 7 people. Stand for 40 min., and the people who came after me and took the numbers were called before me... I asked why, I replied that a customer was interested. which numbers and those numbers are repeated again... Has anyone pressed several numbers on the card to find out more... Butter something! Then it turns out that I do it for 40 min. I stand idly by as the numbers repeat... Nightmare! I have not taken into account the time that I have been putting away on projects. The next day I left and asked if there was a long queue, I answered approx.20-30 mins then! Same option as the day before... I was in a standstill and waiting, I waited 1 hour to get the isic card. Employees see when there are a lot of customers, but do not care to leave the workplace and work 2 out of 6. The faces of the customers could see complete and unquestionable dissatisfaction about it all. And again, at the info girl I learned that the card can be sent by mail, why wasn't I offered this option?
