Terrible service, attitude
Be careful. All this has been going on for more than 2 months now. So, I paid the phone for warranty repairs (I went to the bee, 46 First Street), together with the employee we filled in the "acceptance receipt" - everything is ok for the phone, it just charges quickly, often "wars" and there are problems with the microphone. The protective glass is torn in the upper left corner. After about a week, I get a call that the phone has been denied warranty repair, because there is a crack in the display in the lower right corner - of course, there was none. This is how this journey began. I will not find everything in detail, but I would like to warn you that you will be prepared for the last manure. In my opinion, the management did not really know anything about this situation until I went to the head office. Until then, I called the consultants countless times, I called the administration no. - one aunt says one, the other says the other. What I said and my arguments were not taken into account. The same was when I went to the main office, the manager, looking into his eyes, lied to me as a client. In this case, screen insurance was offered - one consultant says that for free, the other that for a fee. My answer, of course, is no, because there were no such cracks when handing over the phone. As it turns out, as a customer, I need to know what employees need to do. I would turn to apple and if the phone were bought from one of the official representatives en, then the story would be different; ptac was also informed, offered a dispute commission. Both institutions said that the conflict needs to be resolved with the leadership, but as I have emphasized on several occasions, the attitude of the leadership is terrible. And after 2 months I am told that I can apply for screen insurance in just 5 days, the store told me in 7 days. When I picked up the broken phone, the employee who accepted my phone did not try to apologize, but continued to humiliate me in front of another employee and client! There see! Use a different carrier, take care!
