Poor service. Not delivered on time.

Not delivered on time, parcel terminals do not work, nothing was reported by phone or email. Cannot forward to another parcel terminal. Can not be delivered to the workplace. Saturday cannot be delivered. Wait 5 days before the end of the holiday. Very poor service.
