Treatment of the customer

I tried to contact you today to cover the debt. I would like to negotiate something so that I can pay a certain amount each month. But the counterclaim only reproaches. I didn't try to listen to what I had to say. Too bravely shows himself and imagines that everything is allowed. There is also a need for humanity. I understand that I am to blame for the outstanding debt, but I just want to pay it off. But I've only been in a bad mood.
