Sends used goods, does not want to return the money
Hello, I ordered shoes Guess for 60 eur, received the shoes after 3 working days, I opened the box and saw that the shoes were used, either very much tried on, there was even blood on the inside of the shoes. The next day I processed the return, after 2 working days the iExpress courier arrived, now it is already the 4th day that Membershop received these shoes back (I see on the iExpress website), but does not send information about the return. I have already written to them three times, an e-mail arrived that the specialist had not yet examined the product. Well normal? I was sent used shoes and now they are still thinking of returning the money to me or not? This was my first purchase, and definitely my last, I don't recommend it to anyone!
