PROBLEM WITH ACTIVATION OF NITRO 13. NITRO WEBSITE WAS NOT AT ALL DIRECT AND WAS CIRCULAR WITH NO APPARENT WAY TO CONTACT SUPPORT. WHEN I FINALLY MADE CONTACT, ONCE THEY VERIFIED THE SERIAL # THEY RESPONDED WITH A SOLUTION. MY COMPLAINT IS THAT THEY ARE DIFFICULT TO CONTACT. ARE DIFFICULT TO CONTACT. ARE DIF CONTACT.
This company blocks all attempts to reach a human and has not responded to the Pissed Consumer communication. If you want a PDF tech solution, do not expect support from Nitro. User’s recommendation: find another provider with good (real, NOT TrustPilot) reviews.
