Sent the wrong size

I am disappointed this item was for a birthday gift that I ordered a month ago and they sent the wrong size and now tomorrow is the birthday and I don’t have the item and not sure when I will get it

My order was cancelled

They were highly recommended by a friend, however my order was cancelled and the original discount was not applied. The representative kept saying What instead excuse me or I cant hear you. I did not like my first experience and I am not sure if I would order again.
