Lapses in delivery

We pay an absorbent rate to have Newsday delivered. For the past two months the delivery person has consistently neglected to deliver the newspaper to our home at least once a week! Time to walk around the corner to the 7/11. User’s recommendation: don’t pay delivery costs.

I want to cancel my vacation hold

I was able to email them and they took care of the issue. On their website, there is no way to change vacation hold dates. User’s recommendation: You can email on the weekends as they do not have customer care on the weekends. Email took care of issue next day.

Cancel home delivery

No response, waited on the phone for over 20 minutes. I wouldnt have to wait to get a call if I owed money, you can bank on that!

You charge $1.00 to speak to a customer service rep?? How cheap is that

I just want to cancel newsday which I already did in november. I agreed to stay till the billing cycle ended. Which was december12 th. Guess what I got charged yesterday again. Yup. You charged me for the next billing cycle..
