Poor service

When accepting the order, we specifically asked if the 10% discount mentioned on the website also works in case of delivery, we were told that if the buyer has a birthday and can present an identity document, the order will have a 10% discount, but when bringing such a discount was not given to us even with all the documents. Nasty. May not be promised if not fulfilled.
