Company doesn’t respond

I have reached out several times about my hose kinking. They make it impossible to get in touch with them. Sent several email and no one ever responds. Can’t even reach them through social media. Whats the point of a lifetime warranty if they won’t let you contact them

Kinks and will not come apart

The hoses have some kind of locking device. Once you put 2 hoses together, they will not come back apart. The same if you put a spray nozzle on the end…it’s locked on. It does kink all the time. Will never buy another. User’s recommendation: Don’t waste your money.
