Recent Poor Service

Lately, the Internet often just disappears, jerking, which is really annoying. And when you restart the modem, it takes at least 10 minutes to start working if it works at all after that. The modem hasn't been changed in a long time, maybe it's to blame. For example, tonight the modem is lit red at the Internet. The Internet is really expensive, and if the stability of the payment cannot be ensured, then it is better to go to someone else where the Internet will not be so fast, but at least in the evenings you can pass by your computer or TV normally. Ps. The red light on the modem has been on for about an hour.
