Poor service and attitude
Looks like I won't be the only one sharing a bad experience, so for the first time in my life I decided to order a dress in this online store, according to the size chart, everything fits my parameters, here I take and order, the dress came, but now definitely not for my size and description, as it was indicated in the size chart. I submitted the return form, etc. , I received confirmation that the courier will pick up the goods within 1-3 working days, now it has been 2 weeks and I have not yet met the courier. I sent countless e-mails, called, now promised that the courier will arrive on 04. 08. 2017, today is 08. 08. 2017, no information from the courier. Communication from the administration is also absolutely indifferent, when I called, the attitude as if the customer was to blame for wanting to send the product back, I asked,why doesn't anyone reply to my emails, to which I replied, "We get a lot of emails... " Anyway, this was my first and last order from them. As soon as the money for the product is returned, of course, if someone takes it at all, I will delete it from this great online store.
