I bought a Guess leather bag on the company's website, it seemed at first glance that the bag that's all right. It was not used for 8 days after receiving the product. Looking more closely at the bag, I noticed that the back of the bag was cut. I contacted the seller immediately, a week later I received a reply that I reported the product damage after 12 days (but in reality it was only 8), then they can only offer me a discount coupon worth € 10 for future purchases. In my opinion, a very inadequate solution, because this was the first and last purchase in this store. The consumer's right to return the product within 14 days is also ignored. I do not recommend anyone to shop in this store, it is better to expect store discounts and to buy the product in the store where the warranty is provided for the same price. For example, I paid my Guess bag, which I bought in Elkor, for warranty repairs after YEAR, and no one told me that it would not be repaired, because it has been a year since I bought the product. The bag has been repaired and still looks perfect.
