Steamed vegetables

Name of the dish: The vegetables are stewed (so steamed vegetables without any other additives), but in fact they are masterfully mixed with salted, seasoned supersaturated with undetectable, disrupted the "crush". Verigi looking at, you can see that one side of the pan really steamed vegetables, but the other side of this parsalitais "puree", the portions neatly placed between the vegetables.
