Hello, I do n't often write complaints, but this is out of the box. We put Iphon 6s in the service, who had been in the water. (take to the service only within half an hour after the water bath). After 1 working day we received a phone call that the Iphon has been cleaned of water and diagnosed the problem as follows: The display, charger output, power button and camera do not work. Offered 4 options: 1) Repair the phone for 200EUR 2) return the phone to them, pay 230EUR and we will issue a new one. 3) Pay 28EUR for diagnostics and cleaning of water to remove the phone from repair. 4) They do not ask us for money for cleaning and diagnostics, pay us 40CAD and keep our iphon 6s. Despite the fact that, according to them, it is not possible to turn on the phone to even delete the files there. However, we chose to pay 28EUR and removed our phone from the service. Foolishly hoping for a miracle at home, the phone was attached to the charger, plugging in the charger, the phone responded with a sound that indicates the start of charging. After a while, it also managed to turn it on. And it turned out that the screen was working, only its light disappeared. The audio system also worked. We called a certain phone technician and handed him the phone. (Immediately after the phone bath, the phone was not returned to the known mechanic, because he did not work, but it was necessary to clean the phone from water urgently, so we got to the apple service.) After a day, we received a call that the phone had not been cleaned of water at all, and the diagnostics had not been performed, because the mechanic can see that the phone has not been disassembled, and there is still water in it. So when finally the phone really cleaned, as it turns out to be replaced was just the display. Which did not pay even half of the amount they demanded for repairs. I definitely do not recommend using this service, at least not in the case of a telephone bath.
