Wrong amount put on inmate phone call

Adam Mark Ford is an inmate at Walker County Jail and he accidentally put $100 instead of $10 on his phone account. I would appreciate it if someone will get in touch with me as that is his commissary money my number is 281-541-****

Said the service I am attempting to call has been restricted

Was able to leave voice mails yesterday on July 9th 2021 and now on July 10th 2021 it saying I need to get ahold of customer support!
