cancel my order before 12 days of xmas, Called 5 time for return no replay, worst customer service, never ever i look this brand again.
Placed an order on November 24th and it still has not been shipped. Like Nautica brand clothing but after this experience it will be my last. Will Not buy this brand ever again!! Nautica should just close down, way to kill off a brand completely.

I emailed Customer service twice, received no response. Called their customer service the lady was a joke, no assistance just excuses. I have been waiting 1 month for my refund.
