Definitely poor service
Before I brought my laptop for repair to this service, I called, told me everything, said that yes, yes, we will fix it, it will not be very expensive, then I will take it on Wednesday, I was immediately aware of things that could be my fault, I left, wrote a page with info about the product that needs to be repaired. So far everything was Beautiful, promised that the master will call the next day, but nothing, the next time I called, said there is not yet that will call on Monday, because the master does not work on the ends, that only 1day - 5 days from 9:00 to 17:00. Didn't call on Monday, but I called again, then said that it would be two days to wait for the details to be sent for so long, and then you will be able to receive, I called in two days, it was already Wednesday of the next week, then said that Friday will be,then on Friday afternoon also called! I went to the service, and the first thing I saw was the scratched lid, I even turned it on there and checked if everything was repaired, and of course it was not repaired, then I agreed that the masters themselves had changed, because they had to wait, showed me a picture, where computers are made, but now just as well those scratches could be done with screws!
