To cancel my subscription. I’m a disabled veteran and I have been in and out of the hospital the last few months, I can not use it & please refund the 2 charges for this month.

See the above message.I am asking for you to cancel my subscription and to have the two (2) charges that were taken from my bank account this month refunded to me. User’s recommendation: Stay away from this company.

Unable to cancel my subscription or to even complete my unsubscribe request!

Attempted to use the chat format but once I mentioned unsubscribing my account I was transferred to a lawyers website where I was to be charged $$ and begin another subscription! User’s recommendation: To stay far away from this company!!!
