I worked for Griffin as a security guard for less than 3 months! I am sorry that I went to work for this company, it would have been better to sit at home and receive unemployment benefit 210ls than almost every day from 15-19h to work and get if good 170ls... Salary without a certificate 1. 20 AU$ / h; with a certificate of 1. 40 AU$ / h, but it's all on paper, so your 90sant / h comes together. Griffins are now popular with the fact that if they have worked a lot of overtime, where the hourly rate goes double, then they make it over the bonus. I once paid 30ls for too little, but a colleague from an adjacent object almost all 70ls. When asked to do a recalculation, they apologize very much and promise to send the money next month, but of course they don't send it, and again you have to chime your time and nerves to trap them. I do not recommend you go to work for this company!
