I know that bolt taxis apply a cancellation fee, but in my case I was given a lot of trouble. on the part of the company, more likely - to the end unthinking. Through the bolt application of the customer's journey, it took well if 1 minute, a plan change - the taxi immediately canceled. The taxi in question had not even moved out of place and immediately, as I pressed the cancellation, the card was removed from the bank at the moment 6 (which was the amount of my trip). For the taxi driver - no losses, not even a waste of time, for me - lost money in full. Perhaps it would be worthwhile for the store to think about how and for how long the total ordering time should be introduced to cancel the cancellation fee, because it is very unfair from all points of view. It is known that there have been caseswhen a taxi leaves to a specific place and only then the customer cancels the trip, however, not everything should be put in one bag. Great disappointment.
