The following story, in August I ordered and paid for 2 items, a weather station and a pepper mill, order no. 3525725, it turns out that the weather station is not in stock, so delivery was scheduled for mid-September, approaching the date moved again to the beginning of October, but on the new date only the grinder was delivered and a text message was sent that money will be deducted within 5 days, but two weeks have passed no money, on my attempts to communicate-grave silence! I know how to deal with ebay in such situations, but how to deal with our peers, have no idea whether to really write an application to the police?
