For not paying for a sick leave

Hello! On February 20, I submitted a B illness sheet. The SSIA website states that the sick leave page is paid for within 10 days. It's been more than a month, but I don't remember any news. When I called and asked, I was told that there was confusion with the workplace and certain explanations. The employer says they are fine.
