I entered my complaint only to prevent others from receiving kind service.

Toll printer because streaks appeared on the printout. The next day, in a phone call from the company, we agreed that the fault was in the cartridge I refilled at the company, so I only had to pay to fix the problem. When I had to receive the machine, instead of me (after turning to the company) I received the answer that my cartridge was empty, and that was the cause of all the problems. The amount I have to pay has risen from around € 15 to € 41 (approximately, without cents). I need a printer, so I don't protest, and I agreed to receive it next week (Monday). By evening, my bill had risen to € 50... I will never again deal with these fraudsters.
