Excursion to Estonia

We bought coupons from zizu.org for an excursion to Oakland, 22 dollars for two people. The tour was a complete nightmare, I highly recommend it. The only plus - it was possible to go to Oakland cheaply. Not very lucky with the guides. It felt like she was in Oakland for the first time. We couldn't find a place to park the bus for a long time. The guide then got lost in search of a museum. After several unsuccessful attempts to find the museum, we left the group. Those who had previously paid 10 dollars for visiting the museum remained. Later it turned out that buying a ticket at the museum itself, it costs 4 AU$‎ (as far as I understood, the remaining money was not returned by the guide). After that there was free time to meet at the agreed place on the bus. The guide was confused and waiting for us in another place (everyone else came where they needed to be). There was a delay all day due to the ignorance of the guide. I don't understand how to send a person to lead a tour - who doesn't know anything about the city and can't navigate the map yet! The story was read from a leaflet with a lot of stuttering, it lookedthat she is not going. I really don't recommend using this agency, if only as transportation.
