Downed lines and live wires plus no water for 5 days

Our lines have been down since Sunday. No power no water(well) Have called over and over. Teka was so responsive and easy to talk to . She was amazing and hopefully will be able to get our issues solved

Don’t bother. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced
