Ever extending delivery dates

I placed order on 3rd August 21, initially delivery date was 9th August, then extended to 11th August, further extended to 14 August, then 16th August. I called customer care, received no concrete update. BUT IMMEDIATELY DELIVERY DATE EXTENDED TO 19TH AUGUST 21. THIS IS THE TREATMENT TO DIAMOND MEMBER. User’s recommendation: DON’T EVER GO FOR NAPTOL.
