On 1-14-19 I contacted them by email to let them know my charger was not charging my iPad. They never responded to 2 emails & you can’t talk to anyone when you call. I paid for a 2 year warranty as well.

The Latio landlord does not pay water bills to the subcontractor even though the homeowners have reimbursed all the bills. The justification is a seemingly unpaid debt for which no explanation or explanation is provided.
