Wont let me call customer service and online it wont activae

I call it keeps telling me to dial 1 for English I press 1 and then it tells me again for english press 1 it does that 3 times and then it ends the call

I hate this card

I’ve had this card for three years however I usually only use it for income tax and tax advances. Sometimes I use it to put money on to pay a bill. Customer service is horrible. They never can answer my questions and they are simple questions. User’s recommendation: Please dont use.

For some reason my card is blocked

I put money on a gift card, they blocked it now wont un block it so i can use my money, its a pre paid meaning i paid my own money to put on there and can’t even use it
